摘要: 摘要:维甲酸(retinoic acid,RA)对肾间质纤维化(renal interstitial fibrosis,RIF)存在着重要的影响,Notch信号途径在肾纤维化中发挥了关键作用,本文就维甲酸对肾纤维化与Notch通路的影响做综述,探索维甲酸干预Notch途径能否成为新的抗肾纤维化策略。

Abstract: Abstract:The effect on Renal Interstitial Fibrosis(RIF) by Retinoic Acid(RA) is wide and important. Notch signaling is known to play an important role in the pathology route of RIF. This paper summarizes recent research progress on the effect on RIF and Notch signaling by RA. Interruption of Notch signaling by RA might be a potential anti-fibrotic strategy in RIF.
