环锯减压原位植骨钢板内固定治疗颈椎病疗效分析

摘要： 摘 要： 目的 探讨前路旋转推进式环锯减压原位植骨钢板内固定治疗单节段脊髓型颈椎病疗效分析。方法 回顾性分析我院2001年3月～2010年3月单节段脊髓型颈椎病40例。结果 全部病例均获得随访，平均为28.6个月；平均手术时间为90min；平均术中出血量为80ml；平均住院天数为8.4天；术前JOA评分平均为10.2分；术后平均为16.4分，优良率为92.5％；平均术后改善率为91.2% 。结论 前路旋转推进式环锯减压原位植骨钢板内固定治疗单节段脊髓型颈椎病是一种较为安全、有效的手术方法。

Abstract: Abstract: Purpose To analyze autogenous bone graft harvested from circular saw plus plate internal fixation treated single segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Method Retrospective study of 40 cases form 2001-3 to 2010-3 in our hospital. Results All patiens were followed up for (28.6±3.8) months. The average operative time was 90min; the average blood loss was 80ml; the average hospital day was 8.4 days; the average preoperative JOA score was 10.2; the average postoperative JOA score was 16.4; fitness rate was 92.5%; the average postoperative improvement rate was 91.5%. Conclusions Maybe it’s a safe and effective approach using autogenous bone graft harvested from circular saw plus plate internal fixation for single segment cervical spondylotic myelopathy..
