2例发作性睡病患者的诊疗体会

摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨发作性睡病的临床表现及治疗措施。方法：选择天津环湖医院神经内科住院治疗的发作性睡病2例。.分析临床表现，评价治疗效果。结果：发作性睡病大多具有睡眠发作、猝倒症、睡眠麻痹、睡眠幻觉等症状，应用哌甲酯治疗效果较好。结论：发作性睡病是一种对患者健康影响较大的慢性神经系统疾病，及早给予规范化治疗、及心理疏导可获满意效果。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To assess the clinical performance and therapeutic effect. Methods: Retrospective study were taken on 2 patients with narcolepsy in our hospital; Results：2 cases mostly with sleep onset, cataplexy, sleep paralysis, hallucinations, sleep and other symptoms, treatment effect of methylphenidate is good. Conclusion: Narcolepsy is a great influence on patients' Health chronic diseases of the nervous system, given early standardized treatment, and psychological counseling can obtain satisfactory effect.
