不同厚度普玛黏结剂对冠固位力的影响

摘要: 目的: 测定普玛粘结剂不同厚度差异对冠固位力的影响。方法: 选取30颗正畸拔除的上颌前磨牙随机等分为3组,按统一标准进行牙体制备,制作金属冠,根据粘结剂厚度不同分别为A组、B组、C组,每小组内10颗,所有牙齿进行阶梯型负荷增加循环加载10000次后再进行拉伸粘结强度测试。应用SPSS16.0软件包对所得数据进行单因素方差分析(ANOVA)和SNK组间检验。结果: A组的拉伸粘结强度明显强于B组和C组的拉伸粘结强度,其差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 结论: 随着粘结厚度的增加,拉伸粘结强度减小。

Abstract: Objective:To test differences of different thickness of PermaCem-Dual on the effect of Crown’s Retention. Methods: 30 extracted human maxillary premolars were selected for orthodontics purpose and randomly divided into three groups, tooth structure was prepared according to uniform standards,the metal crowns were produced and the adhesive thickness were Group A、Group B、Group C, ten of each group. All teeth were tested for tensile strength after cyclic loaded by increasing Ladder-type load 10000 times.The data was analysised with SPSS 16.0 on single-factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) and SNK test between groups.Results: the tensile bonding strength of Group A was significantly greater than Group B and Group C,the difference was significant .(P <0.05). Conclusion: As the bond thickness increases, the tensile bond strength was decreased.
