车前子多糖对糖尿病小鼠氧化应激的影响

Effect of the plantain seed polysaccharide on oxidative stress in diabetic mice

摘要: 目的 研究车前子多糖(Plantain Seed Polysaccharid, PSP)对糖尿病小鼠氧化应激的影响。方法 建立四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠动物模型,比色法测定丙二醛(MDA)、NO含量和抗氧化物酶类活性,观察PSP对各生化指标的影响。结果 PSP可明显降低MDA含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),可增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 PSP具有抗氧化效应及清除自由基的作用。

Abstract: To study influence of the plantain seed polysaccharide (PSP) on oxidative stress in mice of alloxan-induced diabetes. Methods Animal model was established with alloxan-induced mouse diabetes, colorimetric determination of malondialdehyde (MDA), NO and antioxidant enzymes observed PSP the impact of various biochemical indicators. Results The results demonstrate that PSP reduces the content of MDA,increase the content of NO and the activities of SOD, CAT, GSH-PX and NOS. Conclusions: PSP can enhance anti-oxidation function and free radical scavenging effect. PSP has the antioxidation effect and eliminates the free radical effect.
