应用红外热像技术测量蛛网膜下腔麻醉平面的研究

摘要: 【摘要】 目的: 探讨应用红外热像技术测量蛛网膜下腔麻醉平面的临床价值。方法:对24例择期行下腹部及下肢手术患者应用红外热像技术采集蛛网膜下腔麻醉前、后红外热像图、定性、定量进行分析,分析热图温度平面变化、并同针刺法测定的痛觉阻滞平面法进行比较。结果:红外热像仪测量的最高温度平面高于针刺法测定的痛觉阻滞平面,痛觉阻滞平面固定后为T9-S1,红外热像仪测量最高温度平面为T12-L5,二者相差2个脊神经节段;蛛网膜下腔神经被阻滞后红外热像图色码温区发生了变化,尤其是L5-S1所支配的神经平面色码温区变化显著。结论:可以间接通过用红外热像技术测量痛觉阻滞平面、红外热像技术用于蛛网膜下腔麻醉平面的测量具有一定的临床实用价值。

Abstract: Abstract Objective:infrared thermal Imaging Technique for examination of block height methods to measure the spinal bolck height with infrared thermography before and after spinal anesthesia in 24 cases perfomed the operations of lower abdomen or lower extremities and to analyze the images qualitatively.The changes in thermal lvevels are analyzed and compared to those with the sensory testing with skin prodding.Results:the levels obtained with infrared imaging technique are higher than thoes with skin prodding testing the levels of sensory analgesia ara fixed between T9 to S11. while the thermal levels are between T12 to S5,the difference is 2 spinal cord segments.After the nerves in subarachnoiol space are blocked the color coded thermal zones in infrared images especially the areas innervated by L5~S1,chage respectively.Conclusion:Infrared thermal imaging can be used to measure the spinal anesthetic block levels indirectly,and has some clinical application value.
