摘要: 目的 分析天津地区流行结核分枝杆菌基因组中分布的可变串联重复序列(VNTR)拷贝数目多态性,建立对不同MTB菌株(特别是在我国广泛流行的结核菌北京家族株)分辨能力强的VNTR基因分型方法。方法 使用22个VNTR位点分析临床分离的102株结核分枝杆菌基因组拷贝数目,使用Hunter-Gaston分辨指数(H)评估各个VNTR位点的多态性和VNTR基因分型方法对菌株的综合辨别能力。结果 本研究中确定的14个VNTR位点对不同MTB菌株具有很强的分辨能力,其分辨指数指数达0.9963。在所分析的各个位点中,7个VNTR位点QUB11b,11a,18,26,MIRU-26,31,Mtub21的多态性最好(H>0.3),7个位点QUB1895,ETR-A,MIRU-10,20,27,39,40对菌株的分辨能力较好(0.1

Abstract: Objective: Investigating the polymorphisms of variable number tandem repeat (VNTR) in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, developing high discriminatory power of VNTR typing, especially for recognizing Beijing family. Method: 22 known VNTR loci (12 MIRU, 3ETR,6 QUB and Mtub21) were assessed among 102 Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains isolated from Tianjin.
