p15和nm23基因在子宫内膜癌中的表达

摘要: 目的 检测p15和nm23在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,探讨它们在子宫内膜癌发发展中的作用及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌组织中p15和nm23的表达。结果 p15的阳性表达率在子宫内膜癌病理分级中差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05); nm23的阳性表达率在子宫内膜癌临床分期和有无淋巴结转移中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);p15和nm23在子宫内膜癌中的表达呈正相关 (P<0.01 )。结论 p15和nm23的失表达在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中发挥一定作用, 两者的表达具有一致性。

Abstract: Objective To study the expressions of p15 and nm23 in human uterine endometrial carcinoma and to explore the role and clinical significance of the genes in the development of the disease. Methods The expression of p15 and nm23 in 60 specimens of uterine endometrial carcinoma was examined by immunohistochemistry S-P methods. Results the expression of p15 was associated with pathological grades (p<0.05). The expression of nm23 was associated with operation-pathological stages and lymph node metastasis (p<0.05).There was positive correlation between p15 expression and nm23 expression in the disease (P<0.01). Conclusions Low expression of p15 and nm23 may contribute to the development of uterine endometrial carcinoma, and the expressions of the genes in the malignant tumor is consistency.
