三种不同方法治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析

摘要： 摘要　目的　探讨桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法　对桡骨远端骨折87例（102侧）的资料进行分析,采用AO分型法对骨折分类,治疗方法包括闭合复位夹板外固定, 闭合复位克氏针内固定结合石膏外固定,切开复位内固定。结果　本组87例患者获随访,平均随访时间12.4个月。所有患者按Dienst评分系统进行综合评分。闭合复位夹板外固定的总优良率42.8% , 闭合复位克氏针内固定结合石膏外固定的总优良率54.5% , 切开复位内固定的总优良率 86.5% 。结论　切开复位内固定方法治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效优于闭合复位夹板外固定, 闭合复位克氏针内固定结合石膏外固定。

Abstract: Abstract　Objective　To explore the proper method for the treatment of the distal radius fracture. Methods　The data of 87 patients with the distal radius fracture were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into three groups and classified with the AO method. The surgical treatment comprised the closed reduction and the application of the splint, the closed reduction and percutaneous pin fixation, and the open reduction and the internal fixation. .Result The date of 87 patients were followed up, and the curative effect was evaluated by the Dienst system. The excellent and good rate was 42.8% in closed reduction and the application of the splint,54.5% in the closed reduction and percutaneous pin fixation, and 86.5% in the open reduction and the internal fixation. Conclusion Compared with the closed reduction and the application of the splint，plate internal fixation is better in treatment of distal radius fractures
