玉米须提取物的小鼠急性毒性实验及降血糖作用观察

摘要: 摘要 目的:观察玉米须乙醇提取物及水提物灌胃给药对小鼠的急性毒性作用,对其毒性进行评价并为药效学研究提供剂量依据,观察玉米须提取物降血糖作用及作用环节。方法:改良寇氏法计算玉米须提取物LD50值及其95%可信限。观察玉米须提取物对正常小鼠、葡萄糖致高血糖模型小鼠、肾上腺素致小鼠血糖升高的降血糖作用及作用环节。结果:玉米须乙醇提取物LD50=203.106,(95%可信限是188.665~218.652)g生药/kg;水提取物LD50=105.203,(95%可信限是95.249~116.197)g生药/kg。玉米须水提物和醇提物对正常小鼠血糖无影响;醇提物30g生药/kg可明显降低葡萄糖水导致的小鼠血糖升高(p<0.01);水提物与醇提物30g生药/kg可明显降低肾上腺素致小鼠升高的血糖值(p<0.05,p<0.01),且醇提物可明显升高高血糖小鼠的肝糖原含量(p<0.01)。结论:玉米须水提和乙醇提取物为无毒级中药提取物,小鼠LD50>50g/kg。两种提取物对正常小鼠无降低血糖作用,对高糖和肾上腺素所致的小鼠高血糖有降低作用,同时具有促进糖异生,调节糖代谢的作用。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective: Study on acute toxicity and hypoglycemic activity of stigmata maydis extractive, and observe the hupoglycemic activity. Methods:LD50 and 95%confidence interval by Karber's method. The bloode sugar were determined by normal mice, high glucose mice that be inject glucose or adnephrin. Results: LD50 of stigmata maydis alcoh extract is 203.106(95%confidence interval is 188.665~218.652)g crude drug/kg; LD50 of stigmata maydis aqueous extract is 105.203 (95%confidence interval is 95.249~116.197)g crude drug/kg. There was no influence to normal mice. Stigmata maydis alcoh extract 30g crude drug/kg can lower blood sugar of glucose load mice ; Stigmata maydis alcoh extract and aqueous extract 30g crude drug/kg can lower blood sugar of the mice injected adr (p<0.05,p<0.01). stigmata maydis alcoh extract can add hepatic glycogen (p<0.01). Conclusion: Stigmata maydis alcoh extract and aqueous extract were atotic (LD50>50g/kg). There was no influence to normal mice. But the two extracts can lower blood sugar of the mice injected adr, and can promote glyconeogenesis and adjust glycometabolism. To compute
