HRCT在诊断内耳先天性畸形中的价值

摘要： 摘要：目的 探讨高分辨率CT（High Resolution Computerized Tomography，HRCT）对内耳先天性畸形的诊断价值。方法 收集2008年3月至2010年3月之间在天津市第一中心医院放射科经HRCT检查诊断为内耳先天性畸形病人35例。结果 35例内耳先天性耳畸形病人中，耳蜗畸形8例、前庭导水管扩大18例、前庭畸形伴前庭导水管扩大2例、内听道畸形7例。结论 HRCT可清晰显示内耳畸形。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To evaluate malformation of inner ear using HRCT. Methods 35 patients diagnosed malformation of inner ear radiological were collected in our study from Mar 2008 to Mar 2010. Results 8 cases had cochlea malformation ;18 cases had malformation of enlargement of vestibular aqueduct ; 2 case had vestibular malformation with enlargement of vestibular aqueduct , 7 cases had abnormal internal auditory canal. Conclusion HRCT is a good modality to show the malformation of inner ear.
