摘要: 摘要 目的:探讨Ankylos牙科种植系统基台机械性并发症的原因及处理方法。方法:回顾研究2005-2010年间Ankylos基台各种机械性并发症的发生情况,并对其处理方法进行总结。通过统计学分析探讨Ankylos基台机械性并发症出现的特点和原因,说明处理这些并发症的要点和注意事项。结果:基台机械并发症发生率男性显著大于女性(2.82% vs 0.67%,P<0.05),后牙区显著大于前牙区(2.53% vs0.80%,P<0.05);Balance后牙基台机械并发症发生率显著大于Standard基台(4.32% vs 0.44%,P<0.05),也显著大于Balance前牙基台(4.32% vs 0.80%,P<0.05)。所有基台机械并发症都顺利解决,随访期间未见异常。结论:Ankylos种植系统基台机械并发症有其独特性,男性后牙区修复时应首选Standard基台。本文所提处理方法简单有效、不损伤种植体内部结构、不增加器械或设备、中期随访患者满意、值得临床推广。

Abstract: Abstract Objective: Investigate the reasons and treatment methods for the mechanical complications of Ankylos implant system’s abutment . Methods: From 2005 to 2010, the incidence of all kinds of abutment’s mechanical complications and their treatments were summarized in this paper. Analyse the reasons and characteristics of the abutment’s mechanical complications of the Ankylos implant system with statistics. Explain the methods and the matters needing attention of dealing with these complications. Results: There were significant differences with the incidence of abutment’s mechanical complications ,male more than female(2.82% vs 0.67%,P<0.05),posterior more than anterior zone(2.53% vs 0.80%,P<0.05),Balance posterior abutments more than Standard abutment(4.32% vs 0.44%,P<0.05) and Balance anterior abutments (4.32% vs 0.80%,P<0.05).All the mechanical complications have been solved,and no abnormal symptoms have been found in the follow-up period. Conclusions: There are uniqueness of the reasons and treatment methods for the mechanical complications of Ankylos implant abutment. Standard abutment should be preferred in the posterior zone of male. The proposed methods are simple and effective, no damage to implant’s internal structure, no increase instrument and equipment, patients satisfied with a median follow-up, are worthy to be popularized in the clinical work.
