摘要： 摘要：Stevens-Johnson综合征是一种累及皮肤和黏膜的急性水疱病变，通常可由感染或口服某些药物后发生，其 病死率可高达10%。本文报道了1例头孢唑肟引起的Stevens-Johnson综合征，回顾了该患者的诊治经过并进行相关 文献分析，以提高对本病的认识。

关键词: Stevens-Johnson综合征, 头孢唑肟, 药物不良反应

Abstract: Abstract: Stevens-Johnson syndrome is an acute bullous lesion involving skin and mucous membrane, usually caused by infection or drugs. The mortality rate can be as high as 10%. In this article, one case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome caused by ceftizoxime was reported, the diagnosis and treatment of the patient were reviewed, and the relevant literatures were analyzed to improve the understanding of the disease.
