DRESS 综合征合并中枢神经系统血管炎样损害一例

摘要： 药疹伴嗜酸性粒细胞增多和系统症状（DRESS）是一种严重的药物不良反应，以皮疹、发热、淋巴结肿大、嗜酸性粒细胞增多以及内脏受累为主要临床表现。本文报告 1 例在肾功能不全后服用致敏药物而出现以肢体无力及认知功能障碍为主要神经系统表现、以血管炎样影像学改变为特征的、且对激素治疗效果显著的 DRESS 综合征。

Abstract: Drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) syndrome is a serious adverse drug reaction,characterized with rash, fever, lymphadenectasis, eosinophilia and visceral involvement. This article describes the clinical case of a patient with renal insufficiency after receiving sensitizing drugs，which resulted in limb weakness and cognitive impairment of center nervous system characterized by vasculitis imaging and responded well to glucocorticoid treatmentDRESS syndrome.
