摘要： 摘要： 非骨化性纤维瘤发病率极低， 多发生于四肢长骨距离骺板3~4 cm的干骺端， 尤以胫骨、 股骨和腓骨为多见， 但发生于髌骨者国内外鲜有报道， 本文通过分析收治的1例髌骨非骨化性纤维瘤患者的检查及手术情况， 探讨其临床表现、 病理特点及预后。

Abstract: Abstract: The incidence of non-ossifying fibroma is very low, and it occurs mostly in the metaphysis of the long bone distance from the epiphyseal plate of 3-4 cm, especially in tibia, femur and fibula. However, it is rarely reported in the patella at home and abroad. This article analyzed the examination and operation of a case of patellar non-ossifying fibroma, and reviewed the manifestations, pathological features and prognosis.
