摘要: Currarino综合征(CS)是一种罕见的疾病,由于其临床表现具有多样性,且部分患者临床表现不典型,早期 无临床症状,因此易造成误诊、漏诊。随着影像学技术的发展,X线平片、胃肠道造影、CT及MRI均可对CS提供不同 的诊断信息。不同的影像学方法有各自的优势和局限性,多种影像学方法的联合应用对于CS的诊断有重要的应用 价值。本文对CS的病因、临床特点和影像学表现作一综述,旨在加深对CS的认识,以早期作出正确诊断。

Abstract: Currarino syndrome (CS) is a rare disease. Because of its variety of clinical manifestations, some patients show atypical clinical manifestations, and even no early clinical symptoms in the early stage. It is easy to cause misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. With the development of imaging technology, X-ray, gastrointestinal radiography, CT and MRI can provide different diagnostic information for the diagnosis of CS. Different imaging methods have their own advantages and limitations. The combination of multiple imaging methods plays an important role in the diagnosis of CS. This article reviews the etiology, clinical features and imaging findings of CS, in order to develop the understanding and make an early diagnosis of CS.
