Bax、Livin和Survivin在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达

The Expression of Bax、Livin and Survivin in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要: 目的:研究Bax、Livin和Survivin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达情况及其与NSCLC病理因素的关系,探讨Bax、Livin和Survivin蛋白表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化非生物素二步法(PV)检测肺癌组织及正常肺组织中Bax、Livin和Survivin蛋白的表达情况,根据肿瘤组织细胞的染色率和染色强度进行判定。结果:正常肺组织及NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率Bax分别为80.00%和42.50%,Livin分别为10.00%和65.00%,Survivin分别为0和50.00%;有和无淋巴结转移患者的表达率Bax分别为23.81%、63.16%,Livin分别为85.71%、42.11%;Ⅰ、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者的表达率Bax分别为55.56%、15.38%,Livin分别为51.85%、92.31%;中高分化与低分化患者的Survivin表达率分别为39.29%、75.00%,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);NSCLC组织中Bax和Livin的表达呈负相关性(r=-0.4294,P<0.05);Bax和Survivin,Livin和Survivin的表达均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Bax在NSCLC中表达下调,Livin和Survivin在NSCLC中表达上调;Bax与Livin在NSCLC组织中的表达呈负相关性, Survivi与Bax、Survivi与Livin的表达均无明显相关性;检测Bax、Livin和Survivin的表达对NSCLC的诊断和预后评估有一定价值。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression of Bax, Livin and Survivin and relationship between their expression and clinicopathological factors in non-small cell lung cancer, in order to provide further theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of lungcancer. Methods:The expression of Bax, Livin and Survivin protein was detected by immunohistochemistry two-step techniques (PV). Results:The rates of positive expression of Bax、Livin and Survivin were respectively 42.50%、80.00%,65.00%、10.00% and 50.00%、0% in the non-small cell lung cancer tissues and in the normal lung tissues. The rates of positive expression of Bax and Livin were 23.81%、63.16% and 85.71%、42.11% in patients with lymph node metastasis and in patients with no lymph node metastasis.The rates of positive expression of Bax and Livin were 55.56%、15.38% and 51.85%、92.31% inⅠ, Ⅱstage patients and Ⅲ, Ⅳstage patients.The positive expression rate of Survivin in patients with well- middle-differentiated (39.29%) was significantly lower than that in patients with poorly differentiated(75.00%).The differences were all statistically significant (P <0.05).There was negative correlation between the expression of Bax and Livin in the non-small cell lung cancer(r=-0.4294,P<0.05).There was no correlation between the expression of Bax and Survivin,and with no correlation between the expression of Livin and Survivin in the non-small cell lung cancer(P> 0.05). Conclusion: The increase of the expression of Bax in non-small lung cancer inhibited the invasiveness of tumors cell and tumors metastasi -s.Livin could be correlated with carcinogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer. The high-expression of Livin may enhanced the invasiveness of tumors cell and promoted tumors metastasis.Survivin could be correlated with tumors histologic -al differentiation degree and carcinogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer.There was negative correlation between the expression of Bax and Livin in the non-small cell lung cancer.It indicated that there could be the same pathway in the proceeding of non-small cell lung cancer. There was no correlation between the expression of Bax and Survivin, Livin and Survivin in the non-small cell lung cancer.It suggested that there could be a different pathway in the proceeding of non-small cell lung cancer.
