连续波充填技术与冷侧压充填技术的临床比较

摘要: [摘要] 目的:与冷侧压法相比较,评估连续波方法的充填时效和牙片显像中充填长度。方法:临床取94颗上颌中切牙为研究对象,根管预备后分为两组,一组47例侧压法充填,另一组47例连续波法充填。记录每一例充填时间,按超充、恰填和欠填为指标观测术后牙片,数据统计处理。结果:连续波法时效高,两组在充填长度上无统计学差异。结论:连续波方法可以缩减临床操作时间,不易超充填,不失为临床根管充填安全有效方法。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of root canal obturation using the continuous wave of condensation technique. Methods: A total of 94 patients receiving root canal therapy in the maxillary central incisors were divided equally into two groups. The control group received cold lateral compaction obturation therapy, and the experimental group was treated with continuous wave of condensation technique. Manipulation time and apical extrusion for each group was determined. Data were statistically analysed using Independent t-test or Chi-square test in SPSS v11.5. Results :Continuous wave obturation was significantly faster than cold lateral compaction (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the length of root canal obturation. Conclusion: The continuous wave technique was more efficient than cold lateral compaction.
