初诊2型糖尿病患者外周血内皮祖细胞的研究

The Study of function of endothelial progenitor cells from peripheril blood of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes

摘要: 目的 观察初诊2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)血管内皮功能及外周血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)的数量以及血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平,并分析其相关性,探讨炎症在糖尿病患者EPCs和血管内皮功能失调的发生中所起作用。方法 测定正常对照组和T2DM的血糖、血脂、胰岛素、hsCRP、内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(EDV)、EPCs的数量,用胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)评估胰岛素敏感性,分析各指标在两组之间的差异及相关性。结果 T2DM组较对照组血糖、血脂及HbAlc、hsCRP明显升高,IAI明显降低(P均<0.05); EDV水平、EPCs数量均明显降低。EDV与EFCs的数量呈正相关,hsCRP与EDV及EFCs的数量呈负相关;多元回归分析显示,hsCRP、IAI和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)是EFCs的影响因素。结论 T2DM患者存在血管内皮功能损害及外周血RPCs生物学功能的降低,且与长期的血糖控制、胰岛素抵抗及炎症密切相关。

Abstract: Objective To study the vascular endothelial function and the quantity of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) from peripheril blood in the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes(T2DM) and the related factors . Methods Endothelial-dependent vasodilation(EDV), The function of EPCs,High sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP ), insulin active index(IAI), blood glucose and blood-fat were measured in controls and newly diagnosed T2DM. Results The quantity of EPCs were significantly reduced in T2DM,EDV and IAI were lower in T2DM than that in Control group. Conclusions These findings suggest that the quantity of EPCs and endothelial function were decressed and these factors were closed related with IAI,hsCRP and the level of blood glucose.
