摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的: 探讨重度牙周炎导致的无牙颌患者进行种植修复的临床效果。方法: 对15例因重度牙周炎导致的无牙颌患者均应用Straumann种植系统进行覆盖式种植修复，分别于种植修复后1年、2年时进行临床指标检查和X线检测。结果: 随访期患者的种植体均稳固、无脱落，且都属于健康种植体。结论: 对于重度牙周炎导致全口无牙颌患者，应用Straumann种植系统进行覆盖式种植义齿修复可以获得可靠的疗效,但长期效果还有待进一步观察。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate clinical effects of implant prosthesis to the edentulous jaw patients resulted by severe periodontitis. Methods: 15 edentulous jaw patients resulted by severe periodontitis were treated by implant-supported complete overdenture,and received clinical examination and x-ray examination 1 year and 2 years later after restoration. Results: All implants within follow-up period were steady ,and belong to healthy implants.Conclusion: For edentulous jaw patients resulted by severe periodontitis, the therapeutic method of Straumann implant-supported overdenture has reliable effect, but long term effect should be observed further.
