摘要：
【摘要】目的 观察卡泊三醇乳膏治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效与安全性。方法 80例掌跖脓疱病患者随机分为2 组：外用醋酸曲安奈德乳膏组为对照组，外用卡泊三醇组为治疗组，各40例，每天早晚各外用1次。各组疗程均为8 周。用药后2、4、8周复诊，评判2组有效率，观察不良反应。结果 治疗8周后，治疗组有效率高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 卡泊三醇治疗掌跖脓疱病安全有效，且复发率低。

Abstract: Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of calcipotriol in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis . Methods 80 patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were divided into two groups randomly: 40 patients were treaded with triamcinolone twice a day for 8 weeks , 40 patients were treaded with calcipotriol twice a day for 8 weeks respectively .After 2 、4 and 8 weeks , all the patients are required regular return visit . We observe the area 、erythema 、scale 、 the number and area of the pustule 、the alteration 、the side effects ，etc , and analyse the recovery rate 、 the effective rate and the recurrence rate with the method of the statistics. Results After 8 weeksˊ treatment , the provement of the plaque by using calcipotriol was more higher than triamcinolone (P<0.05) ，and in the follow-up visit the recurrence rate was inferior (P<0.05). Conclusion Calcipotriol were safe and effective in therapy for palmoplantar pustulosis ,and the recurrence rate is low .
