缺血再灌注后糖尿病家兔与正常家兔钙电流的比较

摘要： 目的：通过膜片钳记录来比较糖尿病与正常家兔的L型钙通道电流（ICa,L）。方法：以四氧嘧啶制糖尿病模型，将心肌细胞分为对照组、缺血/再灌组，分别记录即刻（0min），缺氧/再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion，I/R)后（10min）ICa,L。结果：缺氧/再灌注、时间对ICa,L的影响有统计学意义（P=0.000），糖尿病对ICa,L的影响无统计学意义（P=0.738），I/R和时间之间有交互作用（P=0.004），I/R、时间和糖尿病之间没有交互作用（P>0.05）。时间电流曲线上糖尿病家兔I/R后直线斜率较正常家兔小。结论：糖尿病与正常家兔的ICa,L比较无统计学差异，但是在I/R后糖尿病家兔的ICa,L衰减的程度较正常家兔有减少的趋势，可能为糖尿病对缺血预适应(ischemia preconditioning，IP)的影响提供离子通道学证据。

Abstract: Objective: To compare L-type calcium current in ventricular myocytes between heathy and diabetic Rabbits with patch clamp.Method:To make the diabetes model with tetraoxypyrimidine,There were 4 groups:nomal control group,nomal ischemia/reperfusion group,diabetes control group and diabetes ischemia/reperfusion group.To record the current at basic state and after ischemia/reperfusion.Result:There were statistic significant differences of ischemia/reperfusion(p<0.01) and time(p<0.01),and not of diabetes.There were not interaction between ischemia/reperfusion ,diabetes and time,except between ischemia/reperfusion and time(p<0.01).The slope rate of diabetes group was less than that of nomal on Time-Density line.Conclusion:Diabetes didn’t make significant differences in ICa,L,but minify the attenuation degree after ischemia/reperfusion ,wich might provide some clue for the effect of diabetes on ischemia preconditioning.
