上颌种植磁性固位义齿的临床有效性研究

摘要： 目的 分析种植磁性固位义齿在上颌无牙颌的应用效果。方法 选择承德医学院附属医院口腔科完成的种植磁性固位义齿患者14例，粘固磁体前后进行咀嚼效率测试，戴用三个月后进行满意度调查，对这些结果进行统计学分析。结果 粘固磁体后全口覆盖义齿的咀嚼效率明显提高（p<0.05），在咀嚼、固位、舒适性三个方面的满意度提高也很明显。结论 种植磁性固位义齿具有很好的临床效果。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical usefulness of implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment on maxilla. Methods Selected 14 patients treated by implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment in our hospital, the masticatory efficiency of implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment were determinated and compared at different periods. The patient’s satisfaction were investigated 3 month afte restoration. Results The patient’s masticatory efficiency and satisfaction of implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment were improved distinctly（p<0.05）.Conclusions The clinical effects of implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment are very well.
