低分子肝素钙预防下肢骨折深静脉血栓疗效分析

摘要: 目的:研究低分子肝素钙对预防下肢骨折后深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法:选择2007年1月—2010年1月因下肢骨折来我院住院治疗的173例下肢骨折患者,随机分为治疗组(123例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组应用低分子肝素钙和对照组应用阿司匹林,比较两组深静脉血栓形成发生率。结果:治疗组发生深静脉血栓12 例,对照组发生深静脉血栓11 例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低分子肝素钙预防下肢骨折后深静脉血栓形成疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective:Study on the effect of low molecular heparin calcium in preventing legs deep venous thrombosis after lower extremity fracture. Methods: 173 cases of extremity vein thrombosis patients who were diagnosed and treated in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from January 2007 to January 2010. 173 patients were randomly devided into Treatment group(123 cases) and control group(50 cases) . Low molecular weight heparin calcium for treatment group and aspirin for group. Compared the incidence of extremity vein thrombosis between the two groups. Results:The incidence of extremity vein thrombosis in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusions: Low molecular weight heparin calcium to prevent deep vein thrombosis after lower extremity fracture is significant effect.
