MMP9及PTEN在牙龈癌中的表达及意义

摘要: 摘要:目的 研究MMP9及PTEN在牙龈癌中的表达,分析其表达与各临床病理参数之间的关系,并探讨它们之间的相关性。 方法 收集牙龈癌组织石蜡标本60例,其中高分化42例,中分化10例,低分化8例,采用双盲法在高分化病理标本中随机选取15例,其余中低分化病例和正常病例不变,应用免疫组织化学技术,检测各组MMP9及PTEN的表达情况。结果 MMP9在癌旁组织中的表达率为25.00%,在高、中、低分化牙龈癌中的阳性表达率分别为46.67%、60.00%和87.50%,癌旁组织PTEN的阳性表达率为100%,在高、中、低分化牙龈癌中的阳性表达率分别为53.33%、50.00%和12.50%。发生颈淋巴结转移和术后复发患者全部出现了MMP9的阳性表达, 9例有颈淋巴结转移者只有1例出现了PTEN的阳性表达术后复发患者中无一例出现PTEN阳性表达,相关分析结果为两者呈负相关。结论MMP9和PTEN在牙龈癌发生和转移中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Abstract:Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the expression of MMP2, MMP9 and PENT in gingival cancer tissue,find the relationship between the expression and clinical pathology parameter and approach the correlation of them..Methods  60 paraffin specimen were collected, 42 cases were well-differentiated, 10 cases were moderately differentiated and 8 cases were poorly differentiated. We choosed 15 randomly from well-differentiated gingival cancer as well-differentiated group. Immunohistochemistry was induced to investigate the expression of MMP9 and PETN in gingival cancer group and normal gum tissue. Results The expression rate of MMP9 in normal gum tissue was 25.00%.The expression rate of MMP9 in well-differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated was 40.00%、50.00% and 87.50% respectively.The expression rate of PTEN in normal gum tissue, well-differentiated, moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated gingival cancer was 100%, 53.33%, 50.00% and 12.50% respectively.All cases with lymph node metastasis and recurrence showed positive expression of MMP9. Only one case appearanced PTEN positive expression in nine patients with lymph node. There was no PTEN positive expression on the patients with recurrence. The changing of expression rate of PTEN was was negatively related to the expression of MMP9. Conclusions  MMP9 and PTEN played important role on the invent and metastasis of gingival cancer.
