摘要： 摘要： 随着胸部 CT 的广泛应用， 孤立性肺结节的检出率明显提高。因此， 临床中迫切需要更精确的诊断方法鉴别孤立性肺结节性质， 目前临床应用的不同诊断方法均具有各自的优缺点。本文主要根据 Fleischner 学会、 美国胸科医师协会及美国国家癌症综合网络癌症筛查指南对孤立性肺结节诊断和处理策略及存在的问题进行综述。

Abstract: Abstract: The detection rate of solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN) is significantly increased with the widespread application of chest computed tomography (CT) scans. Therefore, there is rising demand and expectation for more accurate diagnostic tests to characterize SPN. The different diagnostic methods currently used in clinical practice have their advantages and disadvantages. This article reviews the literature pertaining to SNP diagnosis and treatment strategy and above mentioned concerns according to Fleischner society, American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) and National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) screening guideline.
