中频脉冲电刺激联合红外线治疗对急性期面神经炎患者的疗效

The effects of modulated medium frequency current therapy combined with infrared therapy on patients of acute facial neuritis

摘要： 摘要：目的 分析中频脉冲电刺激联合红外线治疗急性期面神经炎患者的治疗效果。方法 将 46 例急性期面 神经炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组 23 例。观察组患者在进行常规药物基础上予以中频脉冲电刺激治疗和 红外线治疗；对照组患者只进行常规药物治疗。治疗前、治疗 2 周、治疗 4 周后采用改良 Portmann 简易评分法评价 患者两侧面部表情肌自主运动情况，治疗 4 周后采用 House-Brackmann（H-B）面神经功能分级标准评价治疗效果。 结果 治疗前 2 组 Portmann 评分差异无统计学意义，治疗 2 周和 4 周时观察组 Portmann 评分均高于对照组（均 P＜ 0.05）。随治疗时间的延长，2 组 Portmann 评分均依次升高，组间多重比较差异均有统计学意义。治疗 4 周后，观察 组患者疗效显著，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用中频脉冲电刺激联合红外线治疗急性期 面神经炎的总有效率高于单纯药物治疗。

Abstract: Abstract：Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modulated medium frequency current therapy (MMFCT) combined with infrared therapy on patients of acute facial neuritis. Methods A total of forty-six patients with acute facial neuritis were divided into two groups (observation group and control group) randomly and medially. Every patient received medication. Meanwhile, observation group received MMFCT and infrared therapy. Before the treatment, and after two and four weeks of treatment, Portmann scale were used to evaluate the autonomic movements of the facial expression muscles on both sides. After 4 weeks of treatment, the outcome was evaluated by House- Brackmann facial nerve grading system. Results There were no significant differences in Portmann scales before treatment between two groups. Portmann scales were higher in observation group than those of control group after two and four weeks of treatment (P＜0.05). With the duration of treatment, Portmann scales were increased successively in two groups. The significant difference was found in multiple comparisons between groups. After 4 weeks of treatment, the efficacy was significant in the observation group, compared with control group, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Modulated medium frequency current therapy combined with infrared therapy have a better effect than isolated medication.
