摘要: 心房颤动(AF)是一种常见的持续性心律失常,其发生机制尚不明确,涉及心肌电重构、结构重构、炎症反应、氧化应激等诸多方面,而近年来的研究显示松弛素(RLX)在心血管系统中发挥着重要作用,本文总结归纳了RLX在AF中的可能的作用及其相关机制,为防治AF提供新思路。

Abstract: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common persistent arrhythmia. Its mechanism is still unclear, involving electrical remodeling, structural remodeling, inflammatory response, oxidative stress and many other aspects. Recent studies on relaxin (RLX) have shown that relaxin plays an important role in the cardiovascular system. This paper summarizes the potential role of RLX in AF and its related mechanisms, which provides a new way for the prevention and treatment of AF.
