miR-224与肿瘤的研究进展

摘要: miR-224 是一类通过种子序列与靶信使 RNAmRNA)的反应元件结合, 从而调控基因转录后翻译的小分子非编码 RNA。 近期研究表明, miR-224 不仅在多种肿瘤(弥漫性大 B 细胞瘤、肝癌、胃癌、前列腺癌、大肠癌)中表达异常, 在肿瘤的发生发展中起重要作用, 还可影响肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。 本文就近期国内外 miR-224 肿瘤发生发展及化疗敏感性关系的研究作一综述。

Abstract: MiR-224 is a small noncoding RNA that usually binds to response element of target mRNA through the seed sequences,leading to the suppression of translation or mRNA degradation。Recent researches indicate that miR-224 not only aberrantly expresses in multiple tumors ( hepatocellular carcinoma ,gastric carcinoma、diffuse large B—cell lymphoma,prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, etc),playing an important role in tumor suppressor or oncognen,but also has an effect on the chemosensitivity of tumor.In this article,we review recent studies about the mechanism of miR-224 in the tumor development ,progression and chemosensitivity.
