摘要： 目的：探讨相关心理因素对中青年人脑血管痉挛的影响。方法：用问卷对117例脑血管痉挛者进行测查，并设51例正常对照组。结果：脑血管痉挛与情绪不稳定有密切关系。结论：相关心理因素是中青年人脑血管痉挛的重要诱因。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of psychological factors on brain vascular spasm. Method One hundred and seventeen patients with brain vascular spasm were surveysd by questionnaire as experiment group and fifty-one nomal people were treated as control group. Result Brain vascular spasm was closely related with emotion unsteadiness. Conclusion Psychological factors were important cause for brain vascular spasm.
