尿微量白蛋白及血清hsCRP与高血压分级的关系

摘要： 摘要：目的 探讨不同分期高血压患者与24h尿mALB和hsCRP的关系。方法 高血压患者103例根据WHO制定的高血压病诊断及分期标准分为高血压Ⅰ期组37例，高血压Ⅱ期组34例和高血压Ⅲ期组32例及健康对照组35例。测定各组24h尿mALB与hsCRP，并进行比较。结果 与对照组相比肌酐在高血压Ⅱ期和高血压Ⅲ期增高（P<0.01）；于对照组相比高血压I期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期3组24h尿mALB与hsCRP均有明显增高（P<0.01），且随高血压程度增高；24h尿mALB及hsCRP与高血压程度呈正相关（P<0.01）。结论 不同分期高血压患者24h尿mALB与hsCRP值均增高，高血压患者的肾损伤与24h尿mALB及hsCRP密切相关。

Abstract: Abstract： Objective To explore the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and Microalbuminuria(mALB) in patients within 24 hours with essential hypertention. Methods According to the WTO criteria, 103 patients were diagnosed to hypertention. Hypertension stage Ⅰ(n=37)、Hypertension stageⅡ(n=34)、Hypertension stageⅢ(n=32) and 35 healthy subjects as control. hsCRP and mALB within 24 hrs were determined. Results Compared to the control, Cr within 24hrs of Hypertension stageⅡand Hypertension stageⅢ increased (P<0.01)，hsCRP and mALB within 24 hrs of Hypertension stageⅠ,Hypertension stageⅡand Hypertension stageⅢ increased (P<0.01). which is correlated to the high blood pressure level. (P<0.01). Conclusions hsCRP and mALB within 24 hrs all increased in different hypertensive stage. The kidney damage of hypertension is related to the hsCRP and mALB within 24 hrs
