低骨代谢率对微型种植支抗即刻负载稳定性的影响

Effect of Low Bone Metabolic Rate on the Stability of Immediate Loading Micro-implant Anchorage of Rats.

摘要: 【摘要】 目的:研究在低骨代谢率情况下,即刻负载种微型种植体支抗的可行性及稳定性。方法:健康Vistar雌性大鼠20只,随机分成两组,每组10只。低骨代谢组(甲减组):0.1%丙基硫氧嘧啶;B组. 正常组:蒸馏水,均按1ml/100g体重每天灌胃. 28d 后植入微型种植体并加力100g,分别于加力后第16d、24d进行标记,加力后30d处死动物。通过X线片测量种植体骨内移动间距;荧光显微镜、光镜下观察含种植钉超硬组织切片并计算骨矿化沉积率、骨结合率。 结果:造模后低骨代谢组血清T3、T4水平低于正常骨代谢组,而TSH则显著高于低骨代谢组,低骨代谢组种植体骨内移动间距、骨矿化沉积率及骨结合率均低于正常骨代谢组。结论:低骨代谢情况下微型种植体即刻负载是可行的。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of low bone metabolic rate on the feasibility and stability of immediate loading micro-implant anchorage, the experiment was conducted. Methods 20 healthy female Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, namely hypothyroid group and control group. Each group has 10 rats. 1ml/100g 0.1% propylthiouracil was instilled to each rats of hypothyroid group according to their body weight for 28 days. The rats in control group were stilled distilled water in the same manner. After that the venous blood from inner canthus was collected and T3, T4, TSH were detected by radioimmunoassay. Then micro-screws were implanted and 100g force was loaded to all rats for after 28 days. Tetracycline and calcein was marked to the rats after loaded 16 days and 24 days, respectively. All rats were killed after loaded 30 days. The mobile space was measured by X-ray. Super-hard nail tissue sections containing plant was observed under fluorescence microscopy and light microscopy. The bone mineral deposition rate and bone contact ratio was calculated. Results It showed that the level of T3 and T4 in hypothyroid group was lower than that of in control grou, but the level of TSH was contrary. The mobile space, bone mineral deposition rate and bone contact rate were lower in low bone metabolism group than those of in control group. Conclusion Immediate loading micro-implant anchorage has feasibility and validity.
