内皮素-1与IgE 在分泌性中耳炎中的表达

摘要： [摘要]目的 探讨内皮素-1与IgE在分泌性中耳炎（OME）中的表达及相互关系。 方法 检测63例（76耳）OME患者血浆与中耳积液中内皮素-1（ET-1）、IgE的含量，同时选择28例健康人血浆作对照。结果 OME患者血浆ET-1、IgE的含量高于对照组（P <0.05），粘液性积液组ET-1、IgE的含量高于浆液性积液组（(P <0.05），ET-1的含量与IgE的含量呈正相关。 结论 内皮素-1与IgE 可能参与分泌性中耳炎的致病过程，是OME发病过程中重要的致炎因子之一。 [主题词] 内皮素-1；IgE；中耳炎；中耳积液

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To study the expression of endothel-1 (ET-1) and immunoglobulin E (IgE) in secretory otitis media (SOM) and their relations. Methods The content of endothel-1 and immunoglobulin E in blood plasma and middle ear effusion(MEE) were measureed in 63 patients （76ears）with secretory otitis media and in 28 normal subjects respectively. Results ET-1、IgE of blood plasma in SOM group were higher than that in normal control group (P <0.05), the concentration of ET-1 and IgE of MEE in the mucous fluid group were higher than that in the serous fluid group(P <0.05).The level of ET-1 was positively correlated with IgE in MEE.
