MSCT血管成像对成人冠状动脉解剖异常的影像学评价及与选择性冠脉造影的对照研究

【摘要】 <正>20世纪90年代以来,一系列不同于传统选择性造影的检查已经开始用于冠状动脉(冠脉)疾病的影像学诊断。越来越多的成人冠脉解剖异常被检出,其临床意义也受到国内、外学者的关注。但这些研究关注的多是冠脉的起源异常,没有关注副冠状动脉、冠状动脉发育异常等情况。本研究利用多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)观察成人冠状动脉解剖异常的特点,与选择性冠脉造影(SCA)进行对比,为临床早期诊断、治疗提供影像学依据。

Abstract: Abstract:Objective To use the noninvasive check means by Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiography to evaluate the value and clinical meaning in adult’s coronary artery anatomic abnomalies.Methods: MSCTA and clinical data of 760 patients were trospectively analysed.Results: Congenital Anatomic Variation of Coronary Artery 202 patients (26.58%, 202/760) were found by MSCTA among 760 patients. Take CAG test result as the "gold standard", the sensitivity of coronary artery anatomic abnomalies in MSCTA examination = 96.47%, specificity = 97.44%. Positive predictive value = 96.47%, negative predictive value = 97.44%.Conclusion: MSCT in the evaluation of anomalous coronary artery anatomy with high specificity, is a noninvasive and reliable evaluation of anomalous coronary anatomy in the first choice of imaging examination method.
