Research progress of CX3CL1-CX3CR1 and the pathogenesis of sepsis

摘要: 脓毒症预后不良, 发病机制尚未明确。趋化因子 CX3CL1 (Fractalkine, FNK) 具有趋化、 黏附和介导免疫损 伤等多种功能。CX3CR1 是 CX3CL1 的唯一受体, 共同参与了脓毒症的发生发展过程。本文就 CX3CL1 及 CX3CR1 的结构、 生物学功能及参与脓毒症发病的可能机制作一综述。

Abstract: Sepsis has poor prognosis, and its pathogenesis is not clear. Chemokine CX3CL1 (Fractalkine, FNK) has many functions such as chemotaxis, adhesion and mediate immune injury. CX3CR1 is the only receptor of CX3CL1 and participates in the development of sepsis. Here we review the structure, biological function and possible mechanism of CX3CL1 and CX3CR1 in the pathogenesis of sepsis.
