摘要: 前列腺癌(PCa)是西方国家男性最常见的恶性肿瘤,但是近年来我国 PCa 的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。Snail 是锌指转录因子,属于转录因子中的 snail 超家族成员,序列和功能很保守,在胚胎发育、肿瘤发生、细胞信号转导、基因表达、细胞周期调控及创伤愈合等中发挥积极作用。Snail 在肿瘤细胞中促进上皮-间质转化、上皮细胞钙黏蛋白降解以及肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移。有关 snail 在 PCa 中作用的研究报道日益增多,将为以 snail 为靶点的 PCa 治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract: Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most common malignant tumor in the western countries. In recent years, the incidence of PCa in China is increasing year by year. Snail is a zinc finger transcription factor, which belongs to members of snail super-family. Its sequence and function are very conservative. It plays a positive role in embryonic development,tumor-genesis, cell signal transduction, gene expression, cell cycle regulation and wound healing. It has been reported that snail promotes epithelial-mesenchymal transition, E-cadherin degradation and tumor cell invasion. Research reports about snail in PCa are increasing. This review focused on the role of snail in PCa and introduced some scientific strategies for the treatment of PCa.
