摘要: 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的发病机制复杂,炎症反应在ARDS的病理进程中具有关键作用。高迁移率 族蛋白B1(HMGB1)和Toll样受体4(TLR4)是促发炎性反应的关键介质,许多证据表明HMGB1和TLR4在ARDS中 发挥重要作用,可能成为ARDS的治疗靶点。就HMGB1、TLR4和HMGB1/TLR4信号通路在ARDS炎症发展中的作用 及相关治疗进展进行综述。

关键词: HMGB1蛋白质, Toll样受体4, 呼吸窘迫综合征, 成人, 急性肺损伤, 病原体相关分子模式分子

Abstract: The pathogenesis of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is complex, inflammation plays an important role in the pathological process of ARDS. Many studies have shown that high mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1) and tolllike receptor 4 (TLR4), as inflammatory mediators, are important components in ARDS, which may become the therapeutic target of ARDS. This article reviews the role of HMGB1, TLR4 and HMGB1/TLR4 signaling pathway in the development of inflammation and the related treatment progression of ARDS.
