摘要:

脓毒症相关肠道功能障碍是脓毒症患者较常见,但易被忽视的并发症。其发病机制尚未完全明确,目前可能的机制包括:肠道微生态失衡、异常的肠道细胞死亡、线粒体功能障碍等。由于此并发症的发病机制不清,且现有的治疗对患者预后的改善程度有限。该文就对脓毒症相关肠道功能障碍发病机制的研究现状进行综述,以期为脓毒症相关肠道功能障碍寻找新的临床治疗方案。

关键词: 脓毒症, 肠疾病, 细胞凋亡, 铁死亡, 细胞焦亡, 线粒体自噬, 肠道微生态

Abstract:

Sepsis-related intestinal dysfunction is a common but neglected complication in patients with sepsis. Its pathogenesis is not fully understood. At present, possible mechanisms include intestinal microecological imbalance, abnormal intestinal cell death and mitochondrial dysfunction. Because the pathogenesis of this complication is unclear, and existing therapeutic means offer limited improvement in patient prognosis, this article reviews the current research status of the pathogenesis of sepsis related intestinal dysfunction in order to find new clinical treatment options for sepsis related intestinal dysfunction.
