摘要： 摘要 目的：观察血清中基质金属蛋白酶-9和脂蛋白相关磷脂酶2在急性脑梗死中的临床应用价值。方法：对急性脑梗死患者146名，非脑梗死患者50名，健康体检者50名测定血清中此2项指标，进行比较分析。观察患者于入院当日，治疗后第5、10、15、20日的动态变化。结果：急性脑梗死组患者此2项指标明显高于其他2组。经治疗后随病情好转而下降。2项指标的升高程度与病情严重程度和梗死面积有一致关系。结论：2项指标的检测和动态观察有助于急性脑梗死的诊断、严重程度和梗死面积的判定，有望应用于临床。

Abstract: Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical usage of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and lipoprotein associated-phospholipaseA2 in acute brain infarction.Methods：146 acute brain infarction patients,50 non-infarction patients,and 50 heathy persons were observed. The 2 indexes in sera were examed and analysed. The dynamic changes on the day of administration and 5、10、15、20 days after treatment were compared.Conclusion：The 2 indexes and their dynamic changes can help the diagnosis and the evaluation of severity and infarction area.
