经典Wnt信号通路对成骨细胞增殖和分化的影响

Effect of Canonical Wnt Signaling on Osteoblast Proliferation and Differentiation

摘要: 成骨细胞中存在经典Wnt信号通路(即Wnt/β-catenin信号通路[1]),其成分包括LRP5、β-catenin和GSK-3β等。这些成分在细胞中的改变可以影响成骨细胞的增殖和分化,进而影响骨的形成和重建。LRP5失活,β-catenin缺失时,经典Wnt信号通路受到抑制,成骨细胞的分化受到抑制,从而减少骨的形成。GSK-3β受到抑制时,可使成骨细胞中的特异性基因表达增加,从而增加成骨细胞的发生,促进骨的形成。经典Wnt信号通路对骨的生理活动具有重要意义,本文就经典Wnt信号通路对骨的增殖和分化的调节作一综述。

Abstract: Canonical Wnt signaling(Wnt/β-catenin signaling) exits in the osteoblasts,which is composed of LRP5,β-catenin and GSK-3β et al.The changes of these conmponents in the cells can affect the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts,then control the formation and remolding of bone.The inactivation of LRP5 and β-catenin will suppress the Canonical Wnt signaling,then the differentiation of osteoblasts,which will induce the formation of bone. The inhibition of GSK-3β will increase the espression of the specific gene in the osteoblasts,contributing to the formation of bone.Osteoblast plays an important role in the formation and remolding of bone.The review is about the Canonical Wnt signaling how to regulate the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts.
