EMP1在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要： 目的：检测EMP1 口腔鳞癌组织中的表达，探讨其临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学染色方法对60例口腔鳞癌患者组织切片中EMP1表达进行检测，对表达强度与临床参数间相关性以及早、晚期的肿瘤间、淋巴结转移与无转移肿瘤间的表达差异进行统计分析，并判断EMP1表达评分用于诊断的敏感度和特异度。 结果：EMP1的表达评分与淋巴结转移和临床分期存在相关性，P值分别为0.044 和0.002；早晚期肿瘤间和淋巴结转移与不转移肿瘤间的EMP1表达存在差异，P值分别为0.003和0.045；用于淋巴结转移诊断的敏感度和特异度分别为61.90%和77.80%，用于早期和晚期口腔鳞癌诊断的敏感度和特异度分别为70%。结论：EMP1的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期存在一定相关性，可能对临床具有参考价值。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate Expression and significance of EMP1 in oral squamous cell cancer tissues. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to determined expression of EMP1 in 60 of oral squamous cell cancer (OSCC) tissues. Statistical analysis was performed for the correlation between expressive intensity of EMP1 and availably clinic parameters, the difference between early and advanced tumors and between lymph node and no lymph node metastasis.Sensitivity and specifity of expressive scores of EMP1 used for diagnosis were identified. Results: Expressive intensity of EMP1 correlated with clinic stage (P=0.002) and lymph node metastasis or not (P=0.044). There was a significant difference existed between early and advanced stage, lymph node and no lymph node metastasis (P=0.003, and P=0.045, respectively). Sensitivity and specifity of expressive scores of EMP1 used for diagnosis of lymph node metastasis and early and advanced OSCC were 61.90%, 77.80% and 70%, respectively. Conclusion: Expression of EMP1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis or not and clinic stage, which may has reference significance for clinical practice.
