亚低温联合IABP治疗心脏外科术后低心排的效果研究

摘要： 【摘要】 目的 探讨亚低温及IABP联合应用治疗心脏外科术后低心排的治疗价值及其疗效的评价。方法 选择2009年5月～2011年2月期间，于我院心脏外科术后应用大剂量血管活性药物低心排无改善，而采取IABP及亚低温联合治疗的患者12例。监测患者在联合治疗前后CI值、混合血氧饱和度、尿量及肌酐（Cr）的变化。结果 在亚低温及IABP联合应用治疗后，患者的CI值得到明显改善(1.6±0.2 升至 2.4±0.5L/min.m2 )，混合静脉血氧饱和度升高(SvO2:52±5升至65±7%)。尿量明显增加(1.2±0.9升至2.9±1.9ml/kg.h)，肌酐明显下降（282±25降至95±10 mmol/L）（P<0.05）。结论 亚低温与IABP联合治疗心脏外科术后低心排，能有效改善循环功能，且操作简单易行。

Abstract: 【Abstract】: Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of mild hypothermia and IABP in postcardiac surgical patients with severe heart failure.Methods 12 postcardiac surgical patients with severe heart failure despite of the use of IABP with massive doses of catecholamine underwent mild hypothermia and IABP. Hemodynamic parameters were measured such as CI,SvO2,lac and urine volume. Results After mild hypothermia and IABP,the CI of patients improved obviously(1.6±0.2 to 2.4±0.5L/min.m2 ), Mixed venous blood oxygen saturation increased(SvO2:52±5 to 65±7%),Urine output increased obviously(1.2±0.9 to 2.9±1.9ml/kg.h),Cr decreased obviously(282±25 to 95±10 mmol/L)（P<0.05）. Conclusion Combination of mild hypothermia and IABP is a effective and simple procedure for the postcardiac surgical patients with severe heart failure to improve their cardiofunction.
