摘要: 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类短链非编码RNA分子,主要参与癌症、病毒感染、炎症、自身免疫病等的生理和病理过程。核因子κB(NF-κB)是一个基因调节功能广泛的转录因子,参与炎症、细胞增殖、肿瘤发育、学习、记忆等不同的生物过程。一些研究提示miRNA与NF-κB通路关系密切,在调控NF-κB通路中起着抑制或激活作用。本文就类风湿关节炎中参与NF-κB信号调节的miRNA及其作用机制的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNA molecules that are mainly involved in physiological and pathological processes including cancer, viral infection, inflammation and autoimmune diseases. The nuclear factor κB (NF - κB) is a transcriptional factor with a wide range of gene regulatory functions that participate in different biological processes such as inflammation, cell proliferation, tumor development, learning and memory. Some studies have suggested that microRNA is closely related to the NF-κB pathway and plays an inhibitory or activation role in regulating the NF-κB pathway. This article reviews the microRNAs involved in NF-κB signal regulation in rheumatoid arthritis.
