摘要: 摘要:Rab蛋白是小分子GTP结合蛋白Ras超家族中最大的亚家族,在囊泡的形成、运输、融合等过程中发挥着 重要的作用。Rab35作为Rab家族的新成员,在人体组织中的分布比较广泛。已有研究证实Rab35与肿瘤迁移和侵 袭等生物学特性有关,可能为潜在的肿瘤预后标志物,可为临床治疗提供新的靶点。本文就Rab35的来源、结构、功 能及其在肿瘤中的作用进行综述。

Abstract: Abstract:Rab protein is the largest subfamily of Ras superfamily, which is the small molecule GTP binding protein, and plays an important role in the formation, transportation and fusion of vesicles. As a new member of Rab family, Rab35 is widely distributed in human tissues. It has been proved that Rab35 is related to biological characteristics such as tumor migration and invasion, which can be used as a potential tumor marker to predict prognosis and provide new targets for clinical treatment. This article reviews the origin, structure, function of Rab35 and its role in tumors.
