冠心病患者小而密低密度脂蛋白与血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的关系

摘要： 【摘要】 目的 探讨小而密低密度脂蛋白(sLDL)和血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与冠心病的发生及冠脉病变程度的关系。方法 根据冠状动脉造影的结果评价109例患者冠状动脉病变程度，检测其血浆Hcy、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平，并测定sLDL在低密度脂蛋白中所占的比例,观察冠脉病变程度与Hcy及sLDL的关系。结果 冠心病组血浆Hcy及血脂水平明显高于对照组(HDL-C低于对照组),P<0.05, Hcy与sLDL水平随冠状动脉病变支数增加而升高(P<0.05)。sLDL和血浆Hcy水平与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关, sLDL和血浆Hcy水平呈正相关。结论 sLDL和血浆Hcy水平呈正相关，且与冠心病发病及病变严重程度密切相关。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objection To investigate the relationship between small low-density loipoprotein particles and homocysteine in coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Plasm lipids level ,small dense LDL percentage of total LDL and homocysteine level were measured in 109 patients who identified by coronary angiography, We explored the relationship between small, dense LDL level and homocysteine in different groups. Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL,small LDL and homocysteine were significantly higher in patients with CHD than those in controls （P<0.05）.The level of HDL-C were lower in patients than those in controls （P<0.05）.As the stenosis vessels increased, the sLDL and homocysteine leves also increased, Both sLDL and homocysteine leves might have positive correlation with the degree of coronary artery stenosis，we also found a positive correlation between sLDL and homocysteine. Conclusion there are positive correlation between sLDL and homocysteine .Both sLDL and homocysteine leves might have significan relationships with the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
