H. pylori相关胃 MALT淋巴瘤患者胃黏膜中β防御素-2的表达研究

摘要: 【摘要】 目的 研究人β防御素-2HBD-2)在幽门螺杆菌(H. pylori)相关胃黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤患者胃黏膜中的表达情况, 探讨HBD-2在胃 MALT淋巴瘤中的作用。 方法 收集 40例在根除治疗前H. pylori+)且根除治疗后 H. pylori为(-)的胃 MALT淋巴瘤患者的胃黏膜组织作为 HP组, 同时收集 36H. pylori-)的慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃黏膜组织作为对照组, 用免疫组化法检测 HBD-2的表达情况。 结果 HBD-2H. pylori相关胃 MALT巴瘤中的表达水平高于对照组(P0.01); 根除 H. pylori 治疗后, HPHBD-2表达水平降低(P0.01); 且 HBD-2H. pylori 相关胃 MALT淋巴瘤间质细胞的表达水平高于淋巴瘤细胞(P0.01); HBD-2 在淋巴瘤细胞中无表达。 HBD-2可能参与了 H. pylori相关胃 MALT 淋巴瘤的发病过程;但是否具有抗肿瘤作用尚不明确。

Abstract: [AbstractObjective  To investigate the expression of humanβ-defensin 2 (HBD-2) in gastric mucosa of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) associated gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma, and the role of HBD-2 in gastric MALT lymphoma. Methods   Forty gastric mucosa specimens from patients with H. pylori associated gastric MALT lymphoma were collected. And 36 gastric mucosa specimens from chronic superficial gastritis without H. pylori infection were included as control group. The expression of HBD-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry staining. Results   The expression of HBD-2 was significantly higher in H. pylori associated gastric MALT lymphoma than that of control group. (P0.01). The expression of HBD-2 was significantly decreased after the eradication of H. pylori (P0.01). The expression of HBD- 2 was significantly higher in H. pylori associated gastric MALT lymphoma than that of lymphoma cells (P0.01).There was no expression of HBD-2 in lymphoma cells. Conclusion  HBD-2 is possibly involved in the pathogenesis of H.pylori associated gastric MALT lymphoma. But whether it has anti-tumor effect is not clear.
