Abstract: To detect the cost-effective chemotherapeutic regimen of NHL in stage Ⅳ. Methods We treated the patients with carmustinum (62.5-125mg/d，d1), cytarabine (100mg/d，d1-5),Pirarubicin （40mg/d，d1）、vincristine (1.5mg/d，d1 and d8) and dexamethasone (10mg/d, d1-14). All the patients were diagnosed NHL and in stage Ⅳ. Before chemotherapy we monitored the functions of their heart and liver and kidney and the hyperplasia degree of bone marrow. All the index above were normal. Results During all the 22 patients were identified, 5 patients obtained CR, 10 attained PR and the effective rate was 68.2%. Conclusions The chemotherapeutic regimen based on carmustinum and cytarabineis one of the cost-effective ways to treat the patients with NHL in stage Ⅳ.
