Abstract: 【Abstract】Objective To construct a shRNA eukaryotic expression vector of dual promoters. Methods The pcDNA3.1(+) plasmid,which was frequently used by the laboratory, was reconstructed and inserted with dual promoters (human U6 promoter). Results The recombinant vector was obtained with the correct sequence in the insert. Conclusion Successful construction of the eukaryotic expression vector may provide us with practical tools for shRNA expression study.
