Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect and safety of pelvic floor reconstruction operation with pelvic organ prolapse. Methods: 28 cases with pelvic organ prolapse were operated with pelvic floor reconstruction operation, those who with stress urinary incontinence were operated with tension free vaginal tape. Analyze the effects and complications of the operation.Results: The average operation time was 109min,and the average hemorrhage was 156ml. The average hospitalization was 9.3 days. The average period of follow-up after operation was 1.2 years.The cases with pelvic organ and anterior or posterior vaginal wall prolapse cured basically, the complication were disappeared or improved obviously. After operation anterior vaginal wall I stage prolapse were occurred in one cases. Conclusion: The Pelvic Floor Reconstruction Operation is safe and feasible, which can improve the structures and functions of pelvic floor, and the short-time effect is well, so it is worth promoting in clinic.
