Abstract: Abstract Objective:To evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with left-to-right shunting congenital heart disease associated different level pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH). Methods:74 patients with left-to-right shunting congenital heart disease and 45 age-matched healthy controls were involved. The patients were divided into mild, moderate and severesubgroups according to pulmonary artery pressure. To measured right ventricular end systolic volume (RVEDV), right ventricular end diastolic volume (RVESV) and right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF) by Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE). Results:RVEDV,RVESV significantly increased in patients with moderate and severe PAH, and RVEF decreased obviously. Conclusions: RT-3DE can evaluate left ventricular function accurately.
